These terms describe how ToPaste may be used, how purchases and website license keys work, and where users can request support.
By downloading, purchasing, activating, or using ToPaste, you agree to these Terms of Use.
ToPaste grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business use in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
If the user purchases ToPaste through the Mac App Store, billing, subscription management, and refund handling for those purchases are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
If the user obtains a license key outside the App Store, that key may be used only according to the license type purchased. License verification may check the key status, device eligibility, and associated activation limits.
ToPaste may provide a free trial. Trial availability, duration, and eligibility may depend on technical conditions such as iCloud availability and anti-abuse checks.
Features may change over time, including sync, purchase options, compatibility, and trial behavior. The developer may update the app, website, and these terms as needed.
ToPaste is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the app will be error-free in every environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the app.
The right to use ToPaste may terminate if the user materially violates these terms or applicable law.
